Will go at lunchtime (it's just about stopped raining here, but otherwise the GDPR sky hasn't fallen in). Not really keen for it today (will be my 4th of the week), so I'll keep it short.

Andrew65- Cmon England!
A nicer temperature for running this morning, so it felt much easier.
A slow steady 5 miler.

7am. Made the most of the trees' shade before venturing over to the beach. Even the peaked cap with its magical, rain repelling powers had no defence for the sun's strength, although there was a slight breeze to help. 4 miles.

Hot, and a bit too fast to call it a recovery run. Kicking myself a bit, because tomorrow is a harder session.

Another attempt to get going again after a week or 2 of little running. Happy enough and enjoyed the warm temp and sunshine
