14 is good I think the Brownlees did this in Superstars very difficult to 11-12 secs unless your under 30 or an Olympic sprinter

1 Ultra 1 Marathon 4 Half's 1 10k 1 5 mile 1 5k 41 parkruns 0 cross country
Most oarkruns (equal to 2018) but a lame racing year. Have signed up for a series of three next year to try and find motivation. But nothing over a half!
