Weird variation in temps in Aberdeen, at the bridge of don where I work its 20 degrees, yet 4 miles or so away in Mastrick its 26 degrees

was in Aberdeen this morning it was 21 deg, home and worked rest of morning, just got drenched on lunchtime walk! Thundery showers.

Over 21 degrees here... obviously not that hot but very warm for here. All three horses have been bathed with a cold hosepipe without protesting. Which is the threshold indicator of "very warm".
Due to hosepipe malfunction I also got soaked and it was not unpleasant.
Thunderstorm forecast for later though. Then back to mid-teens temperatures.
