2 sets done today - first day back at work after the long holidays, so needed to get up promptly in order to make sure I had time to do them properly. They do seem to take ages to do, but that's probably because they are really boring and quite hard! I've developed a technique whereby I can read a book whilst doing some of them, or I sometimes do them in front of the telly, but then I tend to lose count and forget how many I've done, so I have to do some extra ones just in case I mis-counted!
Foam Roller arrived today. Does anyone use a site for specific exercises? When stretching I focus on the calf and ITB area, but am currently having issues with the outside of the knee (by the kneecap level) and my Achilles (no idea if a foam roller can help in this area).
Yesterday was a struggle and I binned one of my stretches. Not sure I'm doing it correctly and it really hurt my non-problem knee the other day. I'll have to check with my physio how to do it properly. Did everything else though so not too bad.
First set done today, I have my post op physio session at 1pm, not sure if its the first of several or just the one. Hoping to get some different exercises and advice on light gym work and timetable to start running again.
