Well done
I find it best to make a routine/habit of the exercises. So I always do them after going to the gym... But my routine changes on Tuesday so there is the risk that I will "forget" because I probably won't go to the gym.
New habit needed!

Little Nemo - slow-but-steady
Some good habits being set here by everyone
I'm trying to get into the habit of doing them as soon as get home from work before I sit down with a coffee and lose the motivation. Yesterday I nearly forgot as it was Saturday and I ended up doing them in between cooking dinner. Will do today's set a bit later on, promise!
