This was my best and worst race last year. Had my best prize haul (1st FV35 & team prize) and broke my foot!!! Not sure I dare do it again

BTW, in case anyone is wondering the Harrogate 10K is well-known for the large amount of prizes up for grabs .... especially if you're up at the sharp end!
