My arm is a tiny bit achey, but really very minor.
Wife wasn't so good over night. She felt so ropey yesterday evening that she couldn't even drink wine.. Unheard of..

Had my AZ jab last Thursday. Suffered with side effects quite a bit.
Woke up at 1am Thursday night/Friday morning feeling freezing cold. Got a poor sleep after that.
Next day felt mild flu-like symptons; headache, shivery, etc.
Friday night had another poor sleep. Saturday started to feel back to normal as the day went on.

I had mine on Tuesday at lunchtime. No after effects apart from a sore arm and a sudden slump in energy on Wednesday afternoon (but that might have been because I didn’t sleep well on Tuesday night). Arm still a little sore but no different to when I had the flu jab.

I have heard anecdotally that you are more likely to get side effects if you had coronavirus. We both had CV and had side effects very like another short dose of CV from the jab. Not sure that there is evidence of that though.
