Tarange, It's definitely mostly trail (rather than tarmac). Given the weather of late, I'd wear trail shoes.

You'll be fine in running shoes if you don't have trailies. I just wouldn't wear racing flats! It's not been that wet recently so it shouldn't be too slippery.

Oh... I do not have trail shoes either, so it will be my normal running shoes for WCTT as its the only pair I have, so they will do.
