Sushi. Apr 2022 9:32am, 7 Apr 2022 34,327 posts	0 Sushi. Well Done The Mussile! I did 5k this morning. My stamina seems to be there but I've lost a lot of speed. Took me just short of 2hrs. Before lockdown hit Dec 2020 I was doing that in 90mins. I guess that's what I get for only OW swimming since last April and neglecting my skills/drills/speed work.
