“Jacket Potatoes with great choice of fillings with wonderfully helpful service”
5 of 5 starsReviewed 27 March 2015
Even though this doesn't look like somewhere you could get too excited about we stopped for lunch and decided on Jacket potatoes as the lesser of two evils between this and McDonalds!

We chose tuna and sweetcorn fillings and cups of tea to drink.
The server Elton couldn't have been more helpful, asking us if we were having a good day shopping (and actually looking at us when he spoke and meaning it!) and asking if we wanted any extra milk for tea, sugar or butter salt and pepper for our potatoes. He also asked if he could bring our tray over for us as he saw we had quite a few shopping bags to carry which was a really nice touch.
As I said even though this is just a Spudulike its nice to have friendly service and we both thoroughly enjoyed our potatoes saying it was the best ones we had for a very long time. The skins were crunchy but the centres were soft and fluffy. Very nice we will think to go there again and would definitely recommend you pop in for lunch.

Elton sounds like a nice boy, though it makes me wonder if his mum is a fan of crap pop music or hysterical Yorkshire fiction.
