Feature request 1216 asks for it to be made easier to do bold, italic, underline, quotes, and spoilers. Go and give it a vote, and I'll be a good chameleon

For, like, an hour. Any more than that is too much effort...

I type, I highlight, I click the format button of choice……….

Nothing.

The highlighting just vanishes and nothing changes

I tried it on my mobile earlier and it didn't work. I'll copy (using the old fashioned way) and try here:

Yeah, it's failing to work on mobile more often than it's working, unfortunately.

In my head, it worked like I'd be typing, then hit bold and it would put the html in to make it go bold, then hit bold again and it would turn off.

But I get why Fetch has made it this way. Not as great as I'd hoped, especially as I'm here on mobile almost exclusively...
