My newt is to try to get more involved with the new Rundle game, I have acquired numbers by chance but today I plotted a route to collect 7 new numbers and to squish all my fetchpoint bugs.

My Newt was for the Striders - as everyone had raced on Sunday I did a gentle circuit session with easy laps and dynamic stretches/flexibility moves instead of strength work. Better turnout than usual post race and they all enjoyed it :)

Thank you HK for choosing my newt. I'll put the choosinator hat on tomorrow and select as it's been a long and tiring day. My newt today was that I could not get my car into either first or reverse gear (which has never happened before) so having got it off the drive but being unable to reverse it back on again it is now abandoned a little way down the road. Garage are going to come tomorrow and have a look and then either tow or drive it to be fixed. I suspect that whatever is causing it is going to be expensive and I'm rather regretting when I first thought that I should change it before Christmas I didn't actually do anything about it :-(

About This Thread

Most of you know the score. Much in the bizarre way Easter has come to mean Chocolate, Lent is mainly thought of as an opportunity to Give Up Chocolate. At least until Easter. You know what I mean, 'What are you giving up for Lent?' * I say NO to this. Away with the hair shirts and the deprivation. Let's embrace change and the NEW. Spring is a time of renewal - and restoration.

Soooooo..... you don't have to take up indoor sky diving like my partner's 90 year old mot...
