Everyone forgets was Chalky that started to get the Windies in trouble in the 2-day test at Headingley in 2000 - bowling 95mph+ and took a good 5-for, including Lara. Yes, Caddick and Gough wrapped it up in the second innings. Plus I seem to remember some good fast bowling from him over the winter in the subcontinent, along with some good batting performances - the 121 at Ahmedabad springs to mind. Shame he got injured really, as he could have kicked on. Flintoff's future in the team might have been very different indeed
