Often it's some local businessman's vanity project and players are being paid silly money (in a village club context). But maybe that's just because we're a club with no money and a falling down clubhouse that a few years ago were in the county prem division but are now div 7 🤣

Not forgetting a 17 year old Jimmy Anderson.
