Agar has a wide backswing and gave it a bloody good wallop. Nothing wrong with that, just not as aesthetically pleasing as watching the likes of David Gower, Mark Waugh and Michael Vaughan in years gone by!
Honours even at the end of day two for me, Australia slightly ahead you could argue though.

wow what a day's cricket that was to watch it was a privilege to watch young Ashton Agar - especially as his mum and dad were interviewed just in front of us a totally brilliant day, and for once I didn't take the wrong turn into the park and ride

I resigned myself to not seeing any play Sunday at about lunch yesterday...unless England score 500 and Aussie 150-0 at close on Saturday and I get to see the 3 run victory :). (not going to happen though)

We are there tomorrow as well. Glad they left some cricket for us to watch. Marts- My cousin also has sunday tickets, she says she is expecting to be cooking a Sunday roast instead of watching the game!

Just seen the two SHOCKING 3rd umpire calls. Agar was gone on 6 with Aus on 130. And Trott got a big edge. Thats about 200 runs worth right there. England might well have had this match almost sown up without those two atrocious efforts.
I thought Asad Rauf was supposed to be the bent one?

Perhaps The Verdict has more in depth analysis but the highlights coverage was inconclusive on both decisions. Tough call on the stumping.
