Just seen this------->
'The Ashes, one of the most keenly contested rivalries in world sport, get under way in Brisbane on 23 November and you can make sure you don’t miss a ball of the five-Test series by downloading this audio wake-up call, courtesy of England legend Geoffrey Boycott
Geoffrey didn’t rack up more than 8,000 Test runs by lazing about in bed – and he’s not about to let you do the same and risk missing the action.
Not one to mince his words, the forthright Yorkshireman has kindly recorded a wake-up call, available on iOS and Android, all of which are sure to draw you from your slumber and carry you to where any self-respecting cricket fan should be during the battle for the Ashes urn – in front of the TV.
Select the appropriate button below to begin your download...'
May I be the first to say 'no thanks'.....

I've had the alarm set to wake up at 4:30 to catch the rugby league world cup last couple of weekends, but won't the Ashes be starting at midnight? A "stay awake" app would seem more useful than a wake up call. I do think a Boycott alarm would be quite effective - annoying enough to make you get up & turn the damn thing off.

Brisbane starts at midnight. I believe Adelaide is a day/night and thus starts at 4am UK.
Not sure about the other tests, but then again we ALWAYS get slaughtered at Perth even we were are winning the series and last two will be dead rubbers, so less important.

Last England test win in Perth was 1978. I think this is the last ever Ashes test at the WACA ground, maybe the new stadium will be a bit friendlier to visitors?
