Mum has dementia so technology is not an option. It is very reassuring that my brother sees her and yes they talk about us all. I talk to her every day at present and that helps, apart from the bad dementia days when it is tough going.

We have but it still has to be the one nominated person which seems a bit harsh to me. I think their reasoning is it will confuse and uoset residents if they can see but not speak to family etc
