NHS is no worse than some online ordering and delivery companies, or a plumber or builder company or anything else. Crossed wires, lost messages, failed call backs. Frustrating, but glad it had good outcome for MiL. G

BMI 25.2 My 18yo son with Downs Syndrome and some mild heart issues and thus on the shielding list is 1 in 111,111 chance. Does make you wonder why I'm allowed out and about and he's denied College education when I'm 5x as likely to have issues, assuming their data and algorithms are correct.
