Larkim, did you find the manual and check the error code? We had that with our dishwasher recently. It was from a lack of salt which the model was particular about. Might be worth reseting it to see if that helps (reckon there might be a reset procedure in the manual as well)

If it's the cinnamon rolls in a tube, ET, I froze that once too. It was fine apart from the pastry growing as I removed the cardboard tube.
