If you're running for charity then that's more important, and you'll no doubt have extra cheerers along the route. I'll be in Fetch colours again if I can persuade the missus to do a sports wash this week. I find the extra cheering opportunities from other Fetchies en-route to be a bonus.

funky alchemist Sep 2010 2:57pm, 13 Sep 2010 36 posts	0 funky alchemist Bother! ankle knack is still in full effect so I've only been able to stretch and have two weeny 3k runs in the last week and a half. first thing in th emorning it is all I cna do to walk till it eases up. I can see my hopes of getting a good time receding and being replaced by a fervent prayer of just getting to the finish without permanent damage.
