My last long run's tomorrow.

It's the Nottingham marathon :-0

At least next weekend will seem like a little recovery jog.

Just been out and done a short run 4.5 miles along the Norfolk Broads .Sun was shining with some lovely views .Will do another short run Wednesday and that will be it till Sunday .

Rest day for me today, a couple of short runs in the next few days. This time next week I hope to have had a bag of chips and be on my 2nd pint! Oh yeah, and had a decent race :-)
