I'm in B too ... but may drop back to D to run with my mate. Not far off now eh???
Is everyone making today / tomorrow their last long run - or are some of you doing more during the coming week?

Did my last long run on Thursday, did 6 miles this morning and then just doing a few steady 4 milers next week. It's getting very exciting isn't it. I'm as ready as I ever will be. :-)

Yes, very exciting! :-)

Just checked the long range fc for next Sunday (which will no doubt change) - its cool, a few clouds, some sunshine and a bit of rain .... talk about hedging your bets! Ha ha.

I want to do one last long run tomorrow, 12 miles if I feel like it, or more likely 2 hours and see how far I get. Then ideally an 8 and a 6 miler next week, with my last run on Thursday morning. But I might cut any of those down by a mile, depending on how I'm feeling. Just been to the Great North Run exhibition at the Hancock Museum today and was filling up at all the running stories and memories. Fab stuff!

8 and a 6 next week Spacegal? I`m not intending doing anything quite that far...did my long run yesterday, parkrun this morning and will do a 5, a couple of 2`s, etc. Don`t overdo the distances in this last week when you`ve trained so effectively so far.
