I reckon I’ve been over leg 2 around 10 times. Two or three have been in decent conditions. Several times ‘Biblical’ was more like it

Over the last couple of months, when I've not been able to sleep or when I needed my mind on nicer things than were going on, I've read this thread from start to finish.

I've read every linked blog and account. Followed route discussions with a map on my lap, watched linked videos and listened to interviews.
I've also bought "too many" (second hand) books, so I also have my summer reading sorted.

Thank you so much for sharing your experiences on here with those of us who could never dream of attempting such an undertaking.

I do have a half plan for how to celebrate my 55th next year, but it most certainly does not involve any 24-hour attempts at anything!

p.s The on-Fetch and externally linked blogs put together would make a much better book than some I've read so far.
