Hi all, I have been helped out by Fetchies for my first mini marathin, am now getting ready for next one in September, got to get some shous, have been using Asics cumulus, which I really like, but I am looking at the Asics Gel-Noosa Tri 11, does anyone know thse shoes? Or have any other recommnedations for tri shoes, here we tend to run a bit on the beach and then the road and then trail. thanks for any help

I wear my Nike Frees, simply put you want something that isn't too abrazive on you feet when you run with no socks on.
Zoot/Newton/asics do shoes aimed directly at triathletes but Nike and Adidas trainers seem to be nice enough as a rule.
If you really think trails are the answer it is hard to look beyond Salomon speed cross as they even have quick release laces :¬)

Yeah you just look like a triathlete if you wear them
I don't enjoy the fit from Asics
