I made Bao Buns tonight, sticky pork and Pak Choi. No pics, Buns were very light and fluffy,
fine apart from being shaped like something out of the body snatchers!

Bao Buns were easy enough, they're oily milk bread. Steaming them and keeping a decent shape, blimey!
