Thanks Rosehip - I need to remember to feed mine this weekend.

You seem to have really got the baking bug Em.

I've never made xmas pud WS as I seem to be the only one that eats it (at least at xmas). I usually buy the gf individual ones when they are reduced - still have a couple I bought after last xmas, BBE Mar 2021.

I've totally got the baking bug... and it is not helping my waistline either! I doing stupid amounts of exercise and losing no weight at all!

If you get a few different cake recipes nailed you’ll not want bought cake again. My Victoria sponge and carrot cake are dare I say it consistently very good

I’ve been making our Xmas pud since discovering it was the brandy in commercial ones that I don't like, rather than the Xmas itself. So I now make ours with rum/port in it instead.

My latest creation (which is gorgeous) is a sourdough rye, crystallised ginger and molasses loaf. And I have a white sourdough loaf rising in the fridge whilst I’m at work today..
