However quite often my run follows directly after I've walked nearly 3 miles with the dog so I feel my legs are already warmed up. But walking first is a really good thing. Off for a walk then run now!

Diogenes 29 Oct 12:56pm, 29 Oct 2024 89,024 posts	0 Diogenes I'm back. I was sorely tempted to limit to 1 mile as I began, but managed to stretch it out to 3.1. I'm just out of practice, felt like I was wearing a diving suit to start, as well as having every major and minor organ, joint, and lymph node enlarged and inflamed. Apart from that I felt fine.
