Better than I thought so maybe 700 is doable although I’m not over pushing myself.

Piriformis syndrome. Good workout on it just now and some exercises to do. Please remind me every day to do warm and cool downs especially when going for a run. 😘

Hi gonks, feeling really knackered. Straight back at work with a workshop for 8 kids this morning (plus 7 adults "helping" them), then a 1-1 with one of my regulars who was a bit out of sorts but got some good work done. Lots of washing up and prepping for another kids workshop tomorrow at the same place. Home now and got admin to do. :-P

LG, my running has completely changed by adding a 5-10 minute walk before and after every single run, plus a longer warm up before efforts/parkruns/races to incorporate jogging, drills and strides. It used to feel like a bit of a faff but it's just part of the routine now and I swear it keeps me injury free.
