Good morning lovely people. I have 6 miles on the plan today but I’m hearing rain outside which does not inspire me. Just trying to figure out if I even want to get out of bed. Weather looking much better tomorrow, but I was hoping for a fill out day.

Morning all. I’m heading out for 5k this morning to test the foot again as it seems ok after the first little test. Then a lazy day planned.

Morning all - it sounds horrid outside, very wet and windy.

I have a very sore foot (heel 😫) am trying to ignore it but it's not working.

Having a chill day today which includes babysitting the two youngest grandsons later
