I'm doing weights this morning and plasma donation this afternoon. Then, one that's done, dealing with general life stresses.

Dog walk, then dexa scan at the hospital. Hope to the try and run when I get home.

Morning! Intervals done last night and the AGM went well. I was given a couple of bottles of lovely looking wine which I shall enjoy at leisure and a book of cycling poems.

Spin class tonight and then , roads permitting, off to buy new running shoes in the morning!

Was awake for what felt like ever in the night (actually 2 hours which is still a bit rubbish). Didn't do pre work run but had a quick walk in the breezy conditions.

Intending to run at lunchtime...

Morning! Slept in til 8:20 :-0 and feel a wee bit queasy. Son-in-law has tested positive for covid (he had a really bad bout in November :-( ) so I do hope I'm not brewing anything.
