Morning! Swim here then helping baby at the football club café in the forest. Lots of snow so hoping that brings people out with their x skis and they all get cold and need to come in for coffee and hot chocolate.

No races listed today but happy parkrunning!

Did a 7k run here instead of a parkrun as we’re going out for early Mother’s Day brunch and parkrun wouldn’t have fitted in with timings.

parkrun done. It was ok, but it doesn't count because my phone and Garmin have decided not to talk to eachother. Not sure who has fallen out with who but I hope they make up soon.

Morning gonks. A good 25.28 parkrun at Markeaton today. Another new course for me. Undulating after 4 pints last night. Feeling a little delicate. I so rarely have more than 2 pints. Am a lightweight.

afternoon all. Parkrun done: 5min run - 1.30 min walk. Interestingly, this felt harder than the 8min run, 2min walk I did on Tuesday evening! It's now raining, so wonder if that had anything to do with it? (or the small glass of rose I had Friday night...)
