👏Icy Turkey Guzzler 🇮🇸 I went to give blood once last year a couple of hours after a run and they couldn’t get any blood out of my arm despite drinking about 5 pints of water beforehand. They suggested not doing any exercise on a blood day!

Oops. Too late, Mike. I sometimes have slow flow and get rejected but I've had my coffee so my bp will be sky high today (I am ridiculously sensitive to caffeine.)
