Hello DfdMike and welcome to the 700 thread. It's called 700 because most of us started off with that as our aspiration, but time and injuries have limited many of us, and we just haunt the thread chatting, and posting whatever we have managed to do. Which in my case, is nothing since last Saturday's parkrun. Another one here who sings in a choir. Very small but very enthusiastic church choir. |

LazyDaisy - their portfolio seems to be quite varied. The pieces they’ve just started on are Moon River, Reach Out - I’ll be There and a medley from The Specials (the Musical Director’s Dad was in The Specials, apparently).

Chiropractor had fun clicking my back, shoulders and hips, realigning things and bits of trigger point pressing. Hope it's done some good and I'm back in a fortnight for checking. Did a walk and a bike ride and cleared all 17 bugs on Fetchpoint. |

Well done AR! That's a productive day. Interesting range, Sarah! We're doing Dancing in the Dark, Treat People with Kindness and some George Ezra song none of us has ever heard of, this term. |

Went for a walk during a break in work conference and then discovered later I now own that square in conquercise. I can only presume there are no fetchies nearby as one walk and one run was enough to do it |

Good work Dipps ![]() I did just over 3, with the middle one a bit faster. Calf cramp meant the last bit was pretty much all walking. |
