Have just been told by someone im the knownas such that lockdown will be 28th Dec to 4th FEB !!! Or thats when they have been told their department will be closed and they will be working at home until. Blooming hope not

Since Mr Carp, T1 and T2 were supposed to go to my parents on Christmas Day, we have no ingredients for a Christmassy dinner. Their isolation finishes at midnight on the 25th. What are the chances of getting a small turkey this late?!

Interesting physio appointment. He's reconsidered the diagnosis from "massive arse pain" (glute/piriformis) to a hamstring tendonopathy as it attaches in the same area. New exercises to do and back to see him in January.

Groundhog that's what I had - the exercises I had did help but it was a long haul with intermittent flare ups.
