evening all. A very gentle short run/walk just before it got dark. First run in about 11 weeks - knee suddenly became very swollen for no apparent reason. Blood tests indicated potentially rheumatoid arthritis (but no other swollen joints/symptoms) so sent to the consultant. Fluid drained off both knees and steroids put in instead. Now got the go ahead to get back to gentle running and being more active and it's a wait and see what happens. Maybe I will actually get to 700 miles....

I like bedyfeeks. Maybe they're bedsocks? I had a Scottish landlady once who referred to my tights as "your little breeky things".
2.62 miles done, supposedly with the running club but actually with only one other club member. The run leader mysteriously didn't turn up, - mysterious because he'd emailed not long before to say he was coming (only just recovered from covid, so there might have been some doubt about it). Hi vis and head torch worn.

Welcome back JenHB that sounds a bit scary
First I ran past Teebs and she had to race after me to catch up. Then I completely blanked Peregrinator. Fetchie meets complete :-)

I went out for a cream tea this afternoon so had to have a little walk after. What a beautiful day and evening. :)
