RRR-CAZ 🇬🇧
Nice run this morning lovely weather, now time for a late shift. I am getting my letter today to say I am a key worker ?!? Does seem that toothpaste is an important product.
Seren if you see this I have had a confirmation e-mail to say that the Berkshire 10K on May 10th has been postponed until next year money refunded if you wish to remove from list :-) Thank-you

Have a good afternoon 700ers :-)

Running out of coffee beans may be a first World problem but it would trigger a state of emergency here 😂

Carpathius
Mr Carp has just slammed out of the house after pointedly saying goodbye to both kids (one of whom isn't even awake yet) but not me. My crime?
Asking politely for the second day in a row for him not to ask me non-urgent questions (do you think we should move the bird feeder) when I'm trying to work because I'm already struggling to concentrate.

Fragile Do Not Bend
Afternoon, I hope everyone is keeping safe and not murdering other members of their households.

Yoga done this morning, then a frustrating time trying to get my mum set up on Facebook and instruct her on how to make video call she via messenger. It’s so difficult when you can’t see the screen they are looking at, and my mum needs very precise instructions.

Mrs Jigs (Luverlylegs)
White Peak marathon has now been confirmed as not going ahead, can transfer to next year or claim refund, I will do the latter as I hate winter marathon training.

Re coffee beans. OH proclaims he is the problem solver in this household.

I just asked him if he'd thought to look online? He hadn't. But lo, his favourite coffee beans are in stock and will be on their way to him soon.

Excuse my long-suffering, but admittedly smug, smile :-) :-)

lol, LD.

My 2 kids have recently discovered they like coffee but I only make them decaff. This means my decaff stocks are going to deplete swiftly and I cannot replace it in Iceland. I can hardly ask the 70+ grandparents to send me over our usual Lavazza but I fear the consequences of giving two housebound teens real coffee :/

I read on a forum about a health scare at a company. Loads of people were coming down with headaches and tiredness. Turns out management had substituted the real coffee with decaf and not hold anyone! They were all going though caffeine withdrawal :-)

Lol! I ordered beans online yesterday, not my usual type as I like Waitrose ones but hopefully acceptable. Should get me through a couple of months. I would gladly give up toilet roll before my daily latte!
