LG I have been running everyday since last night shifts waiting for this news. Treating each run as my last to answer your question though No I have already run and Hiit class has finished me off ;-)

Caz, I just couldn't face one today as I have been painting all day and it took me all my time to go for a short walk - Oh well home gym and Wii fit at the ready :-) the only thing I could do in my garden is very short sprints or very very short slope reps ;-)

I really might. Ankle is feeling much better today but I wouldn’t run on it for a few days yet for caution’s sake. But if it’s my last chance for who knows how long...

Fragile Do Not Bend
I wondered where my earlier post went, then found it somewhat appropriately, in the senior moments thread. Posting here...

Back from work. So far I’m still working in the library, doing all those tasks we should be doing but never have time for - for the first time all the books will be shelved exactly where they are supposed to be!

No word on what happens if we aren’t banned from going into work but we’ve run out of things to do, they have said they will pay us no matter how long this goes on for. My husband’s employer has said the same thing which is a relief.

I have an old exercise bike in the garage will have to dust it off and see if it still works. No way is my garden big enough for running around

Fragile Do Not Bend
No run for me today, it would have to have been after sunset and I won’t run in the lanes here in the dark. Didn’t see the point of driving back to town for a run by myself.

About This Thread

Maintained by Serendippily
Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-) And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed, sometimes even running.
