Well done RtS’ers :)

I think I only managed it this month as I wasn’t doing anything else running-wise. My last attempt failed as I just added the RtS days to my usual running schedule and it was a too big an increase in mileage.

This month the first three weeks were around my usual weekly mileage, just spread out over more days, it was the last week which was tiring as it was my highest ever mileage week.

ITG 🇮🇸
Sorry I have been awol for a few days. Struggling to keep up with fetch these days.

However, I am on strike from parenting for one week so that should mean more time to follow you lot - surely a lot more interesting and supportive than anyone around here, with the possible exception of the cat.

Yes, I am sulking. Don't care. I've had enough. It's no longer even being taken for granted; it is now getting shouted at, eye rolls and being told to shut up when I do things FOR THEM (washing, changing their bed-clothes, making fecking sandwiches). They are on their own.

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-) And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
