Morning. Today would be a great day to go out and run all day. I'll probably have to make do with 40 minutes.

May you all get to do exactly what you want to do today.

Well it looks like I'm going to do a COVID test today - because I told the Zoe App I had mild fatigue (no other symptons).

Morning all, just got back from an 8 mile run along Worthing seafront. It's quite mild out for this time of year. Though some things don't change. When I turned for home, the last 4 miles were into a very strong head wind. I can feel an "old mans half hour" coming up in the armchair this afternoon.

I haven't read back over all the posts Ive missed recently, so I hope everyone is staying safe in these strange times & still getting out & about for a run or walk.

Where is everyone???

Hello gonks. I haven't ran today as my legs cried. But I have some new running shoes - a pair of adidas Terrex trail shoes. I wore them out for a wander in one of the local gallery shops as I was putting a few pics up there. :-) They're very comfy. Will run tomorrow.

Hello! I was teaching online all day and am back in mini-quarantine. Colleague with office in my section who shares kitchen area has a fever and got tested today so I am in the sin bin downstairs waiting for his result. If it is positive, hopefully we can thus manage with only me in quarantine and the OH and kids are still free. 😣

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-) And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
