Sweetie - hope it's something quickly remedied.
I wish I could run tomorrow but there will be no time.

Poor Sweetie, unlucky.
Not out yet and have new HRM to play with. 5 and a bit hours traveling, will see how the weather and wakefulness are when I get back. Traveling with brother, his partner and their 4 year old, who is lovely but exhausting 😀

Oh dear Sweetie. Hope you’re recovering now.
Running School lesson #3 tonight. Progress being made. Safer on treadmill as bit slippery in places due to various snow flurries throughout the day.

... like many 4 year olds.
Sweetie, hope you recover quickly. So near and yet so far! Seren - I'm going home tomorrow, otherwise a meet-up would have been lovely.

PP before we leave tomorrow I have to finish making a chocolate roulade, pack, clean the house (can't bear coming back to an untidy, dirty house), fill the car with petrol and probably other things I've forgotten. If we get to Sidmouth at a reasonable time (ie before 9pm) I could probably go for a jog along the seafront which might be just what I'll need after a long day either with in-laws or in the car
