Morning! Frosty here so a couple of layers for parkrun I think.
Huge amounts of  for all our VMLMers tomorrow. I'll be running somewhere rather quieter  (see today's home page).It's the first time for several years I won't be on Tower Bridge to cheer on our club runners but a change is as good as a rest, or something!

Morning.
I think I've had mead before, I think I liked it.
Dog to be walked, then splitting my long run in 2 today as I've got to take dog to kennels this afternoon for a visit prior to his stay next weekend, so it was the only way I could fit things in.

Monrning! Isn't it glorious. Thinking parkrun is not a good idea as hip is a bit niggly after 15 yesterday. But ... seems such a waste of a morning not to!

Funnily enough a skip just got delivered down the road here. I wondered aloud what barstewards get one delivered at 7:30 am... The ones that didn't get the first delivery slot, clearly...
Anyhoo. Off to LHR, short hop to DUS and then it's nerve control and pasta for the rest of the day...

I had cornish meade once in newquay on holiday didn't like it much.my tipple used to be english real ale,but that just gives me gout and a headache now so sober it is today.
