Back from the workshop - lovely s but if I can pass three things on they are:
Arms straight back and forward - no crossing in front of your body Knees up - push them forwards
and....
Don't stick your out!!
i.e. tuck your hips under a bit

I was thinking as I ploughed through the mud on my run this morning that it would be a good move to join a running club.
Main reasons would be to make sure that intervals/track work don't get side-lined, to have some fun at XC (most likely next year now, I guess), and to run a bit more competitively on occasion.
I've looked into it before but my working hours made it impossible to get to any sessions but now my hours have changed the opportunity is there and I guess should be seized.
Now I just have to decide which club...
PaulaMc - you up for this?
