Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Yeah, but you did it. With bruised and bloodied knees and sore hands. You did it. Six days, tomorrow makes a week and it will be easier after that.

Also - me too still arms and wrists on mountain climbers.

Not sure why thighs would feel the ones on your back. Anyone else get that? Might just be the battering you took yesterday xxx

I also found it hard on my shoulders esp in the side plank thingys. And I was puffing like a steam train and thinking "you can eff right off with your ujiya or whatever it's called breathing!" 😂

That was hard!
I had to take quite a few breaks and leave bits out. I struggle with even 1 mountain climber on my arms/wrists.

I also feel the toe taps in my thighs. I think it’s gripping there because my core muscles are not strong enough. I could only do small movements with breaks.

I can only get stronger!

Done. I found the mountain climber things from down dog easier than from plank. Side planks ok but my shoulder hurts on one side.

I didn’t drop my legs too far as I know I can’t keep the small of my back down, but I did them all without a break.

Possibly gripping through hip flexors if you are feeling in thighs?
If you are used to doing Pilates then probably used to engaging 'centre' for those ones on the elbows but if not it's easy to use all the other muscles - but also equally easy to lose that 'centre'....
I like to hear of the modifications and rest breaks.

I confess I did this one twice - bit all over the place first thing, but much better later in the day - just how it is.

Oof hardest one yet, and she called it Light to lull us in to a false sense of security. Mean! At least it was short!! Onwards...!

Done! Having psyched myself up it wasn’t too bad - though ‘not too bad’ definitely still involved a lot of cursing the evilness of Adrienne 😜 my abs may never forgive me!

Onwards indeed Mikuro 😁

All done! xxx

This is possibly just for me, mine all mine.

I'm all signed up for Adriene's 30 Days of Yoga: 'Move'. There's already a thread that's survived two previous incarnations (I believe I started that, too, back end 2019) I expect most Fetchies will post on there, or perhaps on the 'The Yoga Every (well, some) Days Thread'. Or somewhere else entirely. Or not at all.

HOWEVER
I reserve the right not to bother with Adriene's Day 30 if it takes its usu...
