Oops I wasn't very clear... The mountain climbers became easier because they were practiced each day.
I am a great believer in rest days, but some exercise things - like yoga - can be every day if it suits you. You can do boring core exercises every day too, but who in their right mind WANTS to?
Even the Mad Fetchies haven't started a '10,000 abs crunches in 2022.'....

Yet.

'It may be totally psychological, but even if it is that’s fine - the end result is the same.'
Definitely, panad.

Also - just an idea - you (anyone who feels time pressured) could just do the first 14-15 mins of today's practice. Half way through Day 2 Adriene moves into Child's Pose, which would make an ok stopping point, as it's a natural resting pose. 14 mins might be doable even if 28 are not.

Hi I didn't report back. Easier than yesterday but still a challenge in some places mainly due to my inflexibility (planks and cycle crunches were fine). Bootcamp before the session probably didn't help. My quads are trashed tonight, though - not sure if that's anything to do with the yoga or the weights yesterday and bootcamp today. Or just everything.

My lower back is really stiff after days 1 and 2 😮 I’ve hardly done any strength work in a long time!

I've signed up for this ! I managed to obtain a meniscal tear in December so quite a lot of mods for me (no kneeling on heels or much beyond 90 deg at the moment and definitely no crossed legs!) I've enjoyed the first 2 days - I think I need it for my head just as much as anything else; last year was bit unlucky for me from a health perspective (not just the knee!).

Good to see you MH. Meniscal tear sounds hideous. Did you used to teach yoga? I know you know what you're doing.

Day 2 was good, agree totally they are not easy, very thankful for the childs poses and optional knees on floor planks. Tbf I am recovering from 2 months of not much exercise from fatigue after covid, I'm pretty weak right now which is why I signed up.

I teach rehab Pilates Sharkie (discharged from your physio into my clutches ....) I have practiced yoga a lot in the past, but I don't teach it. I have to confess that parts of me are as tight as guitar strings at the moment.....
