Morning all.
A hard 10 miles for me this morning. The first 5 miles were into a very strong North Easterly wind. By the time I turned for home & had the wind on my back, I was too knackered to get any benefit from it. I'm afraid it was just a slow plod home.
I can feel an "Old mans half hour" on the settee beckoning this afternoon.

Easy 2.5 miles this morning. Another small run later today, incorporating a small food shop.

5 miles this morning makes 322/1500. Surprisingly still ahead of the curve as running has been hampered this week.

My virtual Ashby Twenty today takes me to 361 for the year. Think I might need a day or two of rest after today’s efforts!

Ness, considering conditions I think you did well to be just 6 minutes shy of your PB. Well done great running.

Should get back into the swing of it now after 2 weeks of laziness, week 1 was coronavirus jab which knocked be back a bit, week 2 I sprained my ankle jumping over a railway style and landing on a rock, which twisted out, spraining my ankle in the process (made a horrible noise, really thought I had done some serious damage). However, did manage 13 miles today, so will get back on track

Crumbs Minimag, glad the ankle is all right. I have done serious damage to both of mine in past years.
