Hello fetchies
Snowdonia was so much fun this year, views were visible than last year and breathtakingly stunning, I was in awe of the views and the hills, 6.28 this year and last year 6.26 π±π±π±πͺπ½πͺπ½πͺπ½ππΌππΌππΌππΌ I wiki take that with little training too, lovely to see few familiar faces, I started at 9am and nice to have more crowd around me than finishing far at the back when everyone has almost gone, so it was a very busy finish with the crowds, really enjoyed it πππππ how did fellow fetchies get on???

Well done Fenners, HoD and Toks!
Will post properly tomorrow when less tired, but very happy that I got to meet 3 Fetchies - two of our very own 1500ers HoD and Fenners and also Foxy Sadly didnβt bump into Toks.

No, don't, please!
Well done the mountain runners!
Disaster for Mr JK this morning. He was going great guns in the Rugby Half, on for a Season's Best on what is a hilly route, but tripped over a bit of uneven pavement/tree root about half a mile from the end and managed to land really heavily on his right shoulder. He had to walk the last bit and went straight into the medical tent from the finish line. They don't think he's broken anything but has given the shoulder a thorough bashing. He's in a lot of pain and discomfort but is mainly totally narked that he was on for 1:38 and ended up with 1:43. There was much swearing on the journey back to JK Towers. It's a good job I went along to support, because he couldn't have driven himself home. I think he'll be OK though.

Well done all marathoners yesterday, sounds like you all had great races.
Rubbish that about Mr jk, jabber. I would have been swearing too to get that close to the end then for that to happen.
I did manage to get my half marathon PB at Worksop today, knocked over 2 and a half minutes off last years time 1:35:50. I'll take that after the week I've had!!
