Just made my first coffee of the day Jono, any left for dunking? I haven't really celebrated my 10 mile PB on Sunday yet, a hobnob would be just the ticket! (also bagged 1st FV45 too ).

Congratulations Pikelet.
Hobnobs for me too, although I don't dunk.

Well done Pikelet. That sounds like a PB worth celebrating.

For me I prefer the Asda own brand frazzles, cheaper, nastier and full of salt - everything a crisp should be - bad for you in every respect!!! My favourites :D

Oh dear you really shouldn't have told me that, and I bet they only come in multipacks. I can see my next PB on the cards - most packets of Frazzles consumed in a 24 hour period!!

I still can't quite get my head round the sort of times I'm achieving in races. It has to be the mileage as my normal daily runs aren't fast at all, and I often run with a mate who is much slower than me. I only really put in a full effort in races and at parkrun. A few of my clubmates have started up track sessions again so hoping to get to those too.
