I did an impromptu 3.7 miler yesterday when I realized that a couple of well placed Fetchpoint traffic lights were up for grabs. No-running day today as a result. No panic. I'm playing the long game.

Cheers all, hope all other ailments are on the mend. Going rest til Saturday, if swelling hasn't gone I'll see a physio, if it has I'll see how it feels at Parkrun.
