Excellent running Clare. Is that Gun or Chip time? Great PB, not surprising after Coventry!

Great running Clare! Easy 10 miles for me this morning...I accidentally didn't drink enough though so felt a little thirsty by the time I got home!

Great result Claire ⭐️
No run for me today, 20 mile bike ride instead, gradually upping the distance. Run tomorrow I think.

Excellent running, Clare, very well done! Boston (Lincs, UK, not USA) marathon done this morning and a lot of this afternoon too. What a boring run. Totally flat, on country roads through endless fields of various brassicas. Very dull. Very ploddy as well, another very slow one for me, but right quad OK (though everything else in my legs hurt!)
Chocolate in vast quantities being consumed at home now.

Good news about the quad JK. You can work on the achy leg but now.
Another good weekend if running it seems for the thread.

I posted well done somewhere else but it deserves another. Awesome job Clare
Well done jk for getting it done today. Who cares a jot about the time!
I had one of my best races ever today! Run The Claydons, 7 mile, undulating, muddy trails around the beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside finishing at Claydon House... 45.02 and I finished first!!! (ok only 50 or so runners but I'll bloody take it). So happy

That's awesome Clare, well done!
A little disappointed to miss out on 4hrs after an ankle injury forced me to walk/limp much of the last 3 miles, but still happy with 4:15 😃🍻

Well done Stu, RB and Clare ... A reasonably good half for me today ... a year on from tearing my groin. How time flies..

Well done Stu, first marathons never go as planned, so it's a very good time in spite of the ankle. Nice going RB and jabber.:)
