Due to over 50% muscle loss, I had to divide this up into 3x 20 seconds. But I have done it! These adaptations will feature heavily but at least my shoulder is working this year!

To be clear: 20 s sit, 10 sec break, 20 sec sit etc so the cumulative effect was hefty for me.

Going to give this a try this year - today's challenge done
Just for clarity - and maybe of benefit to other newcomers - when you post tomorrow's challenge, we're 'required' to complete that AND another wall sit? And so on for subsequent days (so on day 3, we'll have three exercises to do and on day 12 we'll have 12 and everything in between)

Yes that's right, it all accumulates. So day 12 is a tough one

That's right, CumbriAndy. Each day a new exercise is added to the list and you have to do all of them. It takes up a decent chunk of time by the end, and when you've done Day 6 you're actually only about one-quarter of the way through the challenge

Thank you all - that's what I thought but rarely any harm in double checking.
Let's see how we go
